Curaçao: Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 17:00 (pick-up of parcels until 16:30)
Bonaire: Monday to Friday from 8:00 – 12:30 ; 13:30 – 17:00 (pick-up of parcels until 16:30)
Aruba: Monday to Friday from 8:00 – 12:30 ; 13:30 – 17:00 (parcels can be picked up until 16:30)

Where is my parcel at the moment / Is my parcel ready for collection?

If you go to Track & Trace you can enter your details and see where your parcel is and whether it is ready for collection. If you don’t have a code, you can request one. If something goes wrong or does not work, you can always reach us on the following number

How are prices calculated?

Air freight costs are determined by the so-called volume weight (length x width x height).
Sea freight costs are determined by the number of boxes or by the volume in m3.

Are there things you do not send?

Yes, not everything is allowed to be sent just like that. In general, the following items cannot be sent using PPS. But they CAN be sent by Cavalier.

  • Dangerous goods (including perfume, aerosols, paint, glacial)
  • Excisable goods (alcohol, cigars)
  • Perishable goods (fresh/unprocessed foodstuffs)
  • Medicines (import licence)
  • Live animals

Customs will also check for prohibited goods

What do I need to bring with me to send a parcel?

You need a Valid ID of the sender, packing list and value of the goods. You will also need to complete a Shipping Instruction Letter (Shippers Letter of Instruction=SLOI).

How long is the transport time?

This depends on whether you send it by air or sea freight.

With air freight it is: < 1 week

With sea freight it is:

From NL to ABC: approx. 2.5 weeks

From ABC to NL: approx. 4 weeks

From Miami to ABC: approx. 1 week

From ABC to Surinam: approx. 6 weeks

From ABC to St.Maarten: approx. 6 weeks

Intereiland (to/from ABC): approx. 1 day
